The Chun Mei Green Tea is curved in shape and dark green in color, just like an old man's eyebrow. ChunMee tea is tender and tight in shape. The tea soup color is bright green. It tastes thick and refreshing. Its flavor is clean and fresh with subtle floral and grassy notes, a smooth mouthfeel, and slightly sweet after taste that lingers on the palate.
It has the welcoming aroma of the first green grass of Spring. Its flavor is delicate, clean, and slightly sweet – an intriguing mix of buttery, floral, grassy and lightly vegetal.

Background and Cultivation:
Our Sword green tea originates on Tonglu Mountain, at the end of a winding valley outside Hangzhou, one of the best-known regions in China green teas. It is cultivated by a seventh-generation tea farmer whose family developed their plantations on mountain side terraces to take advantage of the mists, clean water, and coolness of the upper elevations of the mountain valley.

Preparation Notes:
~Use a tbsp (~0.17) oz of dried leaves for a small pot of tea shared among friends, but as little as a large pinch of dried leaves (~0.02oz) per 8 oz of water can be used for a single tea drinker.
~175˚ F (80˚ C) for as little as 1-2 minutes or longer, depending on personal preference.
~Sword green tea can be re infused 2-3 times
~Serve with a tea pot set, individual cup, or free floating in a glass.
